PAYMENT

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% for makeup services of the total price is required to secure and confirm your makeup booking.  If the deposit is not received, your date and time is still available for other client's to book.

• By proceeding to pay a deposit, you are fully aware and accept that you are entering into a contract and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

• The remaining amount must be paid in full 3 days before service day if made by bank transfer.  If payments are made by bank transfer, it must be identified with your full name.

• If cash payment is preferred for the remaining balance, it must be paid before makeup service commences on the day.

• Booking a Makeup trial does not guarantee your Wedding date booking.  A separate deposit will be required to secure the Wedding date booking.

TRAVEL FEES

• Kaytie Kara offers Makeup service held at Kaytie’s home studio located in Caroline Springs VIC 3023 where no travel costs will incur.

• Travel costs will apply to all mobile services and is calculated from Caroline Springs VIC 3023 to the clients location. A $10 flat fee is applied to any location that is within 10 km of Caroline Springs VIC 3023.  Travel cost of $1 per km will apply to Metropolitan Melbourne locations exceeding 10 km from Caroline Springs VIC 3023.

• Customised travel costs will apply to locations outside Metropolitan Melbourne. 

• Parking fees and Toll charges may apply.  If there is parking at a hotel, we request that you organise this with the hotel in advance.

EARLY/LATE RATES

• $20 rate will incur if booking is at 6:00am and up to 7:00am and at or later than 6:00pm

• $30 rate will incur if booking is at 5:00am and up to 6:00am

• $40 rate will incur if booking is at 4:00am and up to 5:00am

• $50 rate will incur if booking is anytime prior to 4:00am

 

TOUCH UPS

• ​Alternatively, an exclusive wedding day rate can be negotiated if agreed upon.

• ​Wedding day makeup touch up services is available and charged at $200 for the first hour. $100 for the following hour(s).

CANCELLATION

• If you decide to cancel your makeup booking within 4 weeks to the date, you are responsible for the full amount that was quoted.

• If you decide to cancel your makeup booking prior to the 4 weeks notice, you will only be responsible for the 50% deposit that was paid.

• After paying the deposit, you may increase number of services, subject to availability.  Any changes to the booking that results in fewer services, your initial quoted amount is still required to be paid in full.

LIABILITY

• All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sterilised between each makeup application.

• Please inform of any known skin conditions or allergies to any skincare/makeup products prior to the makeup application service. 

• Kaytie Kara will not held responsible for any allergic reactions to products used.

PROPERTY OF KAYTIE KARA

• All content made available to the client via the Kaytie Kara Makeup Artist Website www.kaytiekara.com or marketing material is property of Kaytie Kara.

• Client(s) agree that any photographs or videos that are taken by Kaytie Kara may be used for marketing purposes for portfolio, website or any promotions unless notified by the client in advance.

• The client can view, download, copy and/or print the images accessible on the Kaytie Kara Makeup Artist Website or marketing materials for personal use only.

• The client may NOT: -

  • Alter or re-produce these images in any manner without permission from Kaytie Kara.

  • Remove any trademarks made by Kaytie Kara on any images or marketing materials.

PRIVACY POLICY

• In order to provide better service to our valued clients, Kaytie Kara may request personal details such as your name, address, phone number or email address.

• Kaytie Kara will not sell or disclose the client’s personal information/details to any third party without the clients consent unless in the purpose of purchase/deposit/delivery or if necessary, to comply with laws, investigations or legal proceedings.

• Kaytie Kara will not be held responsible for the actions of third-party sites, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to www.kaytiekara.com. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your account information and passwords.
